U.S.-China come to tentative deal on Chen

The U.S. and China have finally worked out a tentative deal to end a ten-day diplomatic crisis. The State Department now says it expects China to let dissident Chen Guangcheng to go the the U.S. with his family. Meanwhile, the Obama administration has been getting a lot of political heat over its handling of the situation. CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante reports.
